Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Upon receiving your returned item, we will carry out an inspection and inform you whether your refund request has been approved or declined.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

The cost of return shipping is generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was faulty, defective, or incorrect.
